Service Charges and Disbursements
個案資格 Case Requirements

債務與香港相關；
-
舉有欠債的證據（如合同及對方承認違約的對話）；和
-
欠債是在六年內發生的。
-
The debt is related to Hong Kong;
-
Provide evidence of the debt (such as contracts and conversations acknowledging the breach); and
-
The debt was incurred within the last six years.
費用 Service Charges and Disbursements
押金
在任命法正債務回收專家為您的代理後，需支付HKD350的不可退還押金，以涵蓋必要的支出，例如公司查冊。此押金將從最終服務費中扣除。
收費
我們就毋須透過提起法律程序而討回的債項採取不成功不收費的收費協議。在成功追討款項後，當中的費用如下：

港幣一千元；或
-
追討款項的30%至40%，視符個案複雜性。
（以較高者為準）
費用需在成功討債後的7個工作天內支付。
Non-refundable deposit
Upon appointing Debtfix as your agent, a non-refundable deposit of HKD350 is required to cover necessary disbursements, such as company searches. This deposit will be deducted from the final service charges.
Service Charges
We operate on a no win, no fee basis for debts recovered without the need to initiate legal proceedings (excluding necessary expenses, such as company searches). Upon successful recovery of the funds, the fees are as follows:

HKD 1,000; or
-
30% to 40% of the recovered amount, depending on the complexity of the case.
(The higher amount will apply)
Fees must be paid within seven working days after successful debt recovery.
